Dave, the owner and operator, was professional, communication was clear, and the installation occurred as expected without any surprises. He provided clear instructions for operating the system and training, and offered some good pointers during a first walk-through/training. The whole experience was great, and the fact that Dave owns the place means that for every step and interaction, he cares about your outcome.

Dave is super responsive and very helpful. My Lucy is an 80 lb hound with a CRAZY chase instinct. The collar stopped her completely once I dialed in the best setting for her. 10/10 would recommend working with Superior Dog Fence!

Dave is very professional and was able to come out and complete a repair to our fence within two days from calling! Unfortunately our line was cut during a neighbors fios installation. But Superior Fence got us back in working order.

He quickly responded with a few ways to troubleshoot, after those didn't work, Dave came out right away to asses the situation. He came to a quick solution and from that day, we have had zero issues. They showed us how to train our dog on the invisible fence setup and I know they'll be there to answer any questions we may have as we train our Labrador on the system.

We got our 4 acre fence installed about a month ago to contain our 2 dogs. We could not be more satisfied and thrilled with not only the product and how well it works, but the overall customer experience that this company provides. They went above and beyond our expectations to not only answer any and all questions, but they take the time to understand your individual pet's needs and work with you. We followed their recommendations with training, and we are now able to let our dogs out with no worries of them leaving their new territory. If you want your pets safe, and are spending the money anyways, go with these guys, you will not be disappointed.
