What we collect
When you use one of our forms, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your dog, your property, and any existing fence system. A street address is optional, and the form says what it would be used for. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the contact information and the substance of the conversation so we can follow up.
What your browser tells us
Submitting a form also records things neither of us types. From the connection itself: your IP address, the city and region that address is registered to, and which device, browser, operating system and language you used. From the visit: the page you submitted from, the page you first arrived on, and the site or search that sent you here. If you arrived from one of our ads, we keep the identifier the ad platform attached to that click, which is how we tell which advertising actually produces work rather than clicks.
We do not use browser fingerprinting. There is no canvas, audio or font probe on this site, and nothing here is designed to recognise you across other people’s websites.
Who else handles it
Two services process form submissions for us. Basin checks each one for spam before we store it, and Sanity is where the enquiry is stored so we can work from it. Both act on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.
When a form is submitted we also tell Google Ads that an enquiry happened. If you gave an email address or phone number, Google’s tag sends a scrambled version of it, not the address or number itself, so Google can match the enquiry to the ad click that led to it. Google Analytics receives the same event without your contact details.
How we use it
We use this information for one purpose: responding to your estimate or repair request and doing the work you ask us to do. That means preparing guidance, scheduling, performing installations and repairs, and following up on them. If you told us to text, we text; if you told us to call, we call.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand your request to third-party lead brokers. Your details go to the local team responsible for your system. That’s the point of contacting us directly.
