How often do the collars need to be charged?
An overnight charge lasts 2 months.
What happens if the wire breaks?
The system alerts you if there is a wire break. We provide fast repair services to locate and fix the break quickly.
What happens if the power goes out?
The Battery backup will provide your system power for up to 10 hours. To replace the backup battery just replace the 6-AAA batteries. Our system does not use a expensive battery like most Dealer Systems.
